We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories. We also offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery confirmation. For lost packages, we'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your order. For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage and packaging.

Only For On-line Order,We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unaltered items in their original packaging. All hairpieces must have the original tags and hygiene seal intact. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return or exchange, You can contact our customer support team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.

We offer a wide variety of wigs including human hair wigs, lace front wigs, full lace wigs, 360 lace wigs, monofilament wigs, and costume wigs. We carry styles for women, men, and children in various lengths, colors, and textures.

Most of our wigs come in standard size (21.5-22.5 inches) which fits most adults. We also offer petite and large sizes for some styles. Please refer to our Size Chart for instructions on how to measure your head for the perfect fit.

The lifespan of a wig depends on the type of wig and how often it's worn and cared for. Human hair wigs can last 6-12 months or longer with proper care. With less frequent wear, both types of wigs can last significantly longer.

Human hair wigs can be colored or dyed, though we recommend consulting a professional stylist with experience in wig coloring.

Fill a sink with cool water and add a capful of wig shampoo. Gently swish the wig in the water for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Apply conditioner, avoiding the root area, and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Rinse again, then gently pat dry with a towel. Place on a wig stand to air dry completely.

Human hair wigs should be washed every 7-10 wears, while synthetic wigs can go 10-14 wears between washes.

For human hair wigs, you can use some gentle hair products, but avoid anything with high alcohol content. Always check product labels before use.

Store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to help maintain its shape. For travel or short-term storage, you can use a wig box or breathable bag. Avoid storing wigs in direct sunlight, high heat, or humid environments, as this can damage the fibers and cause color fading.

Human hair wigs can be styled with heat tools (curling irons, straighteners) just like natural hair. However, we do offer heat-resistant synthetic wigs that can be styled with heat tools up to 350°F (175°C). Always check the product description for heat styling guidelines.
